  1. Upon joining NJIT, Prov. Voronov has served on 3 search committees, which resulted in hiring of 5 assistant professors. In order to share the obtained job-search knowledge, he has been chairing the Meet the Faculty Candidate (MTFCPS) session at the annual American Institute of Chemical Engineers(AIChE) meetings since 2013. As a result of this, he has developed the “ChE Faculty Candidates Resource Center” – a web resource that guides ~250 candidates per year through the complexities of the academic job search.   2. During his postdoc, the Prof. Voronov wrote a blog about his experience applying for the NIH K99 grant with tips and explanations of the various documents involved in the application package.
